Almost 400 diners enjoyed the M Kitchen, Leeds, which was open for three days at New Centaur House: a beautiful, Grade II listed building on the canal outside the city centre. An incredible 85 per cent of the customers that experienced the exciting event rated the service they received as ‘excellent’ and 73 per cent would have paid £20 or more for their meal. Diners who attended the M Kitchen on the first night were even entertained by celebrity chef Aldo Zilli, who chatted to customers and dished up his signature Pizza Calabrese.

Morrisons took over part of the 100-year-old Custard Factory building in Digbeth, just outside the city centre, for the Birmingham leg of the M Kitchen restaurant openings. Renowned chefs, Aldo Zilli and Atul Kochhar, attended the pop-up restaurant for launch night and almost three hundred people filed through the doors over the course of three days. Feedback was overwhelmingly positive once again – with 76 per cent of customers rating the service as excellent and 61 per cent saying they would have paid over £20 for their meal.

The M Kitchen popped-up at The Triangle Shopping Centre in the heart of Manchester as Morrisons transformed an empty retail unit into a stunning restaurant for three days. Almost three hundred diners enjoyed a meal at the temporary restaurant, with those present on opening night lucky enough to meet Aldo Zilli. The feedback was once again testimony to the success of the event – with 85% of people rating their experience as ‘excellent’ and 70% saying they would have paid over £20 for their meals.
